About the program & How can it help you?

Melbourne MediBrain Centre offers a series of three weekend retreats for individuals who want to take control over their minds and bodies and any associated mental health or behavioral problems.  This includes patients with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, anger issues and stress management for individuals requiring consistent high cognitive performance in their life and work.

Each weekend is a 4 night program which starts on Thursday evening and finishes on Monday morning.

What does this program include?

  • The first weekend will provide introduction to concepts and experiential activities.
  • Subsequent retreats will build on these concepts and ensure that individuals can maintain learnt concepts and techniques in their everyday life.

The retreats take place at Melbourne MediBrain Centre in North Caulfield, Victoria in groups of no more than 5 people.
Accommodation is in luxurious single rooms with queen size beds and all meals are provided.

What’s the Cost?

Melbourne MediBrain Centre is a fully registered private hospital and cost of the program is largely covered by private hospital insurance.
